Some Items can be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Items must be unused and have original packaging and labels. You can return clothing and collectibles up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
