Mezcal Joven is 100% artisanal full bodied agave flavor, light smoke, lingering heat made in small batches in Santiago Matatlan Oaxaca, bottled 11/2018 . Real de Oaxaca Joven is a perfect balance of espadín agave flavors and light smoke ideal for cocktails or perfect on its own. Subtle floral, smokey nose showing a little sweetness. There is a thick tension playing off the minerally character making the experience both complex and pleasant. The finish is very appealing as the peachy sweetness carries with the minerality.
