Mezcal Reposado
Mezcal Real de Oaxaca Reposado Produced and bottled in Santiago Matatlan Oaxaca, its true to its tradition and it’s made 100% artisanal production, rosted in a conical stone oven, Tahona Milled, naturally fermented in wooden vats, distilled in small copper pots , bottle and hand numbered, aged in american white oak barrels between eight to ten months, this aged mezcal is intensely smoky with full-bodied aromatic bled of chamomile caramel and grass. Our reposado has rich hints of butterscotch and some heat to it with forest floor aromas on the palate. Very minerally, marzipan and banana bread on the finish. Ready to be sipped and savored.

This joven Mezcal is artisan-made in small batches in Santiago Matatlan Oaxaca, it’s made 100% artisanal production, rosted in a conical stone oven, Tahona Milled, naturally fermented in wooden vats, distilled in small copper pots , bottle and hand numbered. Real de Oaxaca joven with the perfect balance of aromas. Our espadin joven carries notes of orange blosson, honeydew and fresh olives. There is a thickness tension playing off the minerally character making the experience both complex and pleasant. Upon tasting our mezcal joven espadin, you will sence hints of apple and orange oils.
